PCB bans Hamza Nazar for two years over visa application violations

The (PCB) has suspended domestic cricketer from all domestic and international cricket activities for two years and imposed a fine of Rs1 million following disciplinary proceedings.

According to the PCB, the action was taken after a three-member disciplinary committee investigated the player's foreign process and found that he had concealed important information and submitted false and misleading details.

The board said the committee reached its decision after providing with an opportunity to present his defence and conducting a detailed review of the available evidence.

Reiterating its commitment to maintaining discipline and integrity in the sport, the PCB stated that any form of misrepresentation or failure to disclose relevant information is a serious breach of the standards expected from Pakistan's cricketers. The board added that such violations would continue to face strict .
