Inter-group matches: Teams played teams from the other group once (4 matches)

The top teams advanced to the playoffs, which included a qualifier, two eliminators and the final.

The top 2 teams, Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United, played the Qualifier. Peshawar won the game by 70 runs to qualify directly for the final, while Islamabad got another life to play Eliminator 2.
