The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed the match officials for the Qualifier, Eliminator 1, and Eliminator 2 of PSL 11.For the Qualifier between Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United on 28 April at the National Bank Stadium, Sir Richard Richardson will lead the Playing Control Team as match referee.The member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees made his PSL debut earlier this season on 15 April and will finish his campaign after officiating in 10 matches.The on-field umpiring duties for the Qualifier will be handled by New Zealand’s Christopher Gaffaney and England’s Alexander Wharf, both members of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires. Faisal Khan Aafreedi has been named third umpire, while Zulfiqar Jan will serve as fourth umpire.For both Eliminator matches, former Sri Lanka international Roshan Mahanama will head the Playing Control Team. Mahanama has officiated in all 11 PSL seasons, taking his overall tally as match referee in the tournament to 127 matches.In Eliminator 1, to be played on 29 April between Hyderabad Kingsmen and Multan Sultans in Lahore, Shahid Saikat of Bangladesh will join Asif Yaqoob as on-field umpires. Rashid Riaz will be the third umpire, while Nasir Hussain has been appointed fourth umpire.For Eliminator 2 on 1 May, which will be played between the winner of Eliminator 1 and the losing side from the Qualifier, the on-field umpires will be Ahsan Raza and Shahid Saikat. Asif Yaqoob and Rashid Riaz will take up the roles of third and fourth umpires respectively.The board said the match officials for the PSL 11 final, scheduled for 3 May, will be announced later.
