The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is currently in discussions with Cricket Australia regarding the schedule for Australia’s upcoming ODI tour to Pakistan.

Pakistan is expected to host Australia for a three-match One Day International (ODI) series, with the touring side likely to arrive towards the end of May.

According to sources, the matches are tentatively planned between 31 May and 5 June. One match is expected to be played in Rawalpindi, while the other two fixtures are likely to take place in Lahore.

Australia last toured Pakistan in January this year, when they played a three-match T20 International series.

Following the Pakistan tour, Australia is scheduled to travel to Bangladesh for another white-ball assignment, with the first ODI set for 9 June.

Meanwhile, Pakistan is also preparing for a tour of Bangladesh, where they are provisionally scheduled to play a two-match series from 8 to 20 May.

This series will mark Pakistan’s first international assignment since hosting South Africa for a two-Test series in October last year. Pakistan’s most recent red-ball series against South Africa ended in a 1–1 draw, and the team has not played any Test cricket since.

According to the ICC Future Tours Programme (2023–27), Pakistan, led by Shan Masood, is next scheduled to tour England for a three-match Test series from 19 August to 13 September.

Before that, Pakistan is also expected to travel to the West Indies for a two-Test series in July and August.

Looking ahead, Sri Lanka is set to tour Pakistan for a two-match Test series in November, while New Zealand is scheduled to visit in March 2027 for another two-Test series.
