Bangladesh have budged their lead up to 200 – and the Aussies are on the verge of an unwanted low.

The highest total Bangladesh have ever made against Australia in a Test is 427. They made that in Fatullah in 2006.

At this stage in Darwin, Bangladesh are up to 397.

Mehidy Hasan Miraz has brought up 50, working a full Mitchell Starc delivery off his pads for a single through mid-on.

“This has been an innings of some significance, and he’s not done yet,” Kerry O’Keeffe says on Fox Cricket.

The visitors are 8-396 and leading by 198.
