PCB Regional Inter-District Cricket Tournament in Karachi begins April 20

Karachi, April 19, 2026: The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the schedule of the Regional Inter-District Senior Cricket Tournament (Karachi Region), which will begin from April 20 at various venues across the city.

According to the programme, seven zonal teams will participate in the tournament, selected on the basis of recommendations from regional coaches and officials. All matches will be played on a league basis, and each zone will get the opportunity to play six matches.

Match schedule:

April 20–22:

Zone 1 vs Zone 3 (UBL Sports Complex)

Zone 2 vs Zone 4 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

Zone 5 vs Zone 7 (KCCA Stadium)

April 24–26:

Zone 1 vs Zone 5 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

Zone 2 vs Zone 7 (UBL Sports Complex)

Zone 3 vs Zone 6 (KCCA Stadium)

April 28–30:

Zone 5 vs Zone 4 (KCCA Stadium)

Zone 2 vs Zone 6 (UBL Sports Complex)

Zone 3 vs Zone 7 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

May 2–4:

Zone 1 vs Zone 4 (UBL Sports Complex)

Zone 2 vs Zone 3 (KCCA Stadium)

Zone 6 vs Zone 7 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

May 6–8:

Zone 1 vs Zone 6 (KCCA Stadium)

Zone 2 vs Zone 5 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

Zone 4 vs Zone 7 (UBL Sports Complex)

May 10–12:

Zone 3 vs Zone 5 (UBL Sports Complex)

Zone 1 vs Zone 7 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

Zone 4 vs Zone 6 (KCCA Stadium)

May 14–16:

Zone 1 vs Zone 2 (KCCA Stadium)

Zone 3 vs Zone 4 (Baqai Cricket Ground)

Zone 5 vs Zone 6 (UBL Sports Complex)

Officials said the tournament aims to promote regional talent and strengthen the domestic cricket structure through competitive exposure.
