While he has been called out by Jake Paul for a fight, recently retired WWE legend Brock Lesnar doesn't plan on getting involved in any celebrity boxing or MMA matches.

He appeared on The Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026, to announce his retirement from professional wrestling. It doesn't sound like he's keen on getting involved in any combat sports.

When asked if he'd start participating in "celebrity fighting" after his wrestling retirement, a smiling "Beast Incarnate" said, "I ain't doing jack s**t, man."

So, don't expect to see Lesnar get in the ring with Paul anytime soon. McAfee didn't name Paul directly, but he was likely referencing the YouTube sensation when talking about "celebrity fighting."

Previously, Paul called Lesnar out for a fight while appearing on The Pat McAfee Show before the ESPYs. Paul claimed that he would "fight" Lesnar, comparing their backgrounds.

"The feud between MVP MMA and UFC continues… I'd fight Brock [Lesnar], I wrestled Division I in Ohio," he said. "It doesn't get more legit than that. I want to do MMA; we've been trying to make the Nate Diaz MMA fight happen for a long time, and I think it's still on the table, so we'll see what happens.

"I've never practiced MMA, but I've wrestled and boxed, so I just need to learn the kicks and jiu-jitsu… I'm part Jewish, so I feel like I'd be good at jiu-jitsu! See what I did there?" Paul continued.

Of course, Lesnar has amateur wrestled, professional wrestled, and is a mixed martial artist. He even tried his hand at professional football, having a brief stint with the Minnesota Vikings.

He retired from WWE following SummerSlam 2026. Lesnar lost to Oba Femi in the main event of the first night of SummerSlam, putting an end to their feud and his career.
