and has not got better since then.I am sure we'll get an update soon.21' Jacob Preston out with a broken armSBy Simon SmaleFair play to Preston - he played an entire set with what has turned out to be a broken forearm. But that will leave him out for a couple of weeks at least.19' Bulldogs score!SBy Simon SmaleEnari Tuala slides over from a couple of metres and just about gets to the line!He only just got there to be honest - there were Storm players hanging off him as he slid towards the line.It was a solid move to the right that got the Bulldogs into position.Matt Burton from the sideline - and he kicks it!The score is 6-12!18' Warbrick puts it down on the way out of his own 10!SBy Simon SmaleBig error from the Storm in the rain!Burton grubbered through on the fourth and the Storm mopped up perfectly. However, despite a couple of very good runs earlier in the game, Warbrick couldn't keep hold of the soapy ball and it's coughed up after a great shot by Harry Hayes.17' Bulldogs force goal-line drop outSBy Simon SmaleLovely kick from Galvin on the fourth. He saw that Fa'alogo was out of position and gave it a little grubber. As the rain sheets down at the Olympic stadium, the Storm fullback scooted over to cover, but had to make a play at it and it's out for a drop out under the posts. The kick is short and the Bulldogs will have great field position.14' THE STORM SCORE OFF A HORROR BULLDOGS ERROR!SBy Simon SmaleJahrome Hughes kicked from inside the 40 and the ball was trickling towards the sideline.Jacob Kiraz sprints across and flicks it back inside - a great save.BUT IT WAS A DISASTER!There are no Bulldogs back and Moses Leo can sweep in like a Melbourne sea gull to pick up the ball and score un-touched.Shocking.Kiraz did so well, but surely giving up a set inside the 20 is better than giving up a try?But that being said, where was the Bulldogs cover defence? The kick is good, Melbourne leads 12-0.13' Jacob Preston is offSBy Simon SmaleHe is still worrying at that forearm and he can't continue for now.He is replaced on the field by Harry Hayes as the Bulldogs kick deep for the Storm.Meanwhile, Will Warbrick isn't looking very healthy....12' Montoya with the intercept!SBy Simon SmaleMarcelo Montoya was at fault for the first try, but he stopped the Storm from scoring a second there - getting in the passing lane and picking the ball off.11' Jacob Preston is injuredSBy Simon SmaleHe copped a whack on the forearm but should be OK to continue I believe.Could have been a nasty one - the sort that can result in a fracture.11' Penalty Storm!SBy Simon SmaleA good kick to the corner by the Storm. Will Warbrick ran to challenge Jethro Rinakama in the air.The Bulldogs player batted the ball into the hands of Jacob Kiraz who was offside. The Storm will have a penalty 10 metres out.7' Jacob Preston puts the ball down!SBy Simon SmaleGood football from Matt Burton, switching his angles and going back to the left side where the Storm were vulnerable. The visitors had been on the back foot after a set restart for a ruck infringement. However, Jacob Preston put the ball down with an overlap developing from Burton's pass.A missed chance for the Bulldogs but a glimmer of belief in that move.5' Here comes the rain...SBy Simon SmaleIt's really started coming down at the Olympic stadium.Loading4' The Storm get the opener!SBy Simon SmaleMoses Leo barrels over!Great play the ball speed from Melbourne off the back of some impressive runs up the middle. Will Warbrick made 20 metres off the first run and that gave them the front-foot ball they needed. The Storm moved the ball to the left side on the 10, Stefano Utoikamanu finding himself with the ball in his hands on the last, so he grubbered into the feet of Lachy Galvin.Josh King picked it up, the Storm moved the ball left again, Leo barrelled into Marcelo Montoya, who just bumped off him and the Storm winger just carried on into the space to score. The kick is good and it's 6-0 early for the Storm.1' We're underway at the Olympic stadiumSBy Simon SmaleMelbourne kicks off, the Bulldogs bring it back.Bit drizzly out there today, but not raining at the moment. It is currently 17°C.Ciraldo called upon the Dogs support to pack Homebush tonightSBy Simon SmaleAfter last weeks' horror performance in Brisbane, with Cameron Ciraldo saying any excuses for his side's woeful defence would be "bullshit", the Dogs coach has called upon the supporters to pack out the Olympic stadium tonight."We've had a lot of travel. We've been in Vegas, Canberra. We've travelled to Brisbane three times in four weeks," Ciraldo said in his post-match press conference in Brisbane."Again, that is no excuse, but we're pretty keen to get back home next week and play in front of our home fans."I think the boys have given our fans a lot to cheer about over the last two years, and we need some energy from our fans next week at Accor Stadium."The boys are trying, they're preparing their arses off. I's not happening on the field right now, but it'd be great to get a big crowd there and support the boys and give them some energy next Friday night."Have they answered his call?Well, look, it was busier the last time the Storm were here, and will be busier on Wednesday night for Origin I.ABC Sport will have a live blog of Origin, as I am sure you're aware, and full radio commentary as well.
