The Seahawks will open the 2026 NFL season with a Wednesday night game against the New England Patriots, their opponent in Super Bowl LX, and they'll end the regular season in Los Angeles to face the Rams, the team they beat in the NFC championship game.

In between those marquee bookends to their regular-season schedule, the Seahawks will play another five primetime games, giving them six total, including the opener, a franchise record, and they'll have a seventh stand-alone game in the form of a Saturday afternoon contest in Philadelphia.

The defending champs will play a total of 10 games against teams that reached the postseason, two each against the Rams and 49ers, as well as games against the Patriots, Panthers, Bears, Eagles, Broncos and Chargers.

Thanks to their opener falling on a Wednesday, Christmas falling on a Friday and the Saturday game in Philadelphia, the Seahawks will have games on every day of the week other than Tuesday.

Opening at home for the fifth consecutive season, the Seahawks will face New England on Wednesday, September 9 to kick off the 2026 regular season, a rematch of Super Bowl LX, which Seattle won 29-13. Following that opener, the Seahawks will play their next two on the road, facing the Cardinals in Week 2, followed by a Week 3 game at Washington, one of only two games on this year's schedule with a 10 a.m. PT kickoff time.

The Seahawks return to Lumen Field for the next two weeks, hosting the Chargers in Week 4 and the 49ers in Week 5. Up next is a short turnaround in Week 6 with the Seahawks playing at Denver on Thursday night, the first of three straight primetime games, with the Seahawks hosting the Chiefs on Sunday night in Week 7 and the Bears on Monday night in Week 8. The Seahawks then host the Cardinals in Week 9, capping a stretch of five home games in six weeks, then travel to Las Vegas in Week 10 to face the Raiders.

Following their bye, the Seahawks will travel to the Bay Area to face the 49ers in the same building in which they clinched the NFC West in January and won the Super Bowl in February, then it's another primetime game in Week 13, with the Cowboys coming to town for Monday Night Football. That game is the first of three straight against NFC East opponents, with the Giants coming to town in Week 14, followed by a Week 15 game at Philadelphia, which will kick off at 2 p.m. PT on Saturday, December 19.

In Week 16, the Seahawks will host the Rams in what will be the first Christmas game in franchise history, and the first of two meetings against the Rams in a three-week stretch. As was the case in 2025, the Seahawks will follow a Week 16 primetime game against the Rams with a Week 17 trip to Carolina, the second of Seattle's two 10 a.m. games. The Seahawks will then close out the regular season on the road with a game against the Rams, with the time and date of that game to be announced at a later date.

The Seahawks' preseason schedule will start with a home game against the Cowboys on Saturday, August 15, followed by road games at Tennessee on August 23 and at Kansas City on August 28. All three games will kick off at 5 p.m. PT.

Preseason and regular season games can be heard on Seattle Sports 710AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM. The Dallas and at Kansas City preseason games will be televised on KING 5, while the Titans game will be broadcast nationally on FOX.
